We were one of five start-ups invited to present their project at the Travel Innovation Summit 2016. And we won!
Travel Innovation Summit
The Travel Innovation Summit is a Spanish event dedicated to technology in tourism. It allows interaction between investors, entrepreneurs, and top executives in the tourism industry. In addition, it enables the exchange of visions and experiences.
After the previous edition, co-organized by Facebook in Madrid, the Cabildo de Gran Canaria, as the organizer of the event, managed to bring it to Gran Canaria as part of the 40th Atlantic International Fair.
For this competition, the project, of course, had to be related to the tourism industry.
To meet this challenge, Visor.ai proposed a virtual assistance service that would allow large tourism organizations to significantly reduce the workload of their Customer Support.
To do so, the service would be automated by a chatbot (conversational robot) that would answer the most frequent questions from the solution’s users.
It was from this program that Top Seeds Lab, the host of the program, started investing in Visor.ai, the startup chosen for having the best product to meet the company’s needs.
