Visor.ai started working with the Lisbon City Council with the premise of improving Lisbon’s City Life!
This partnership between Visor.ai and CML began in 2016, with the participation of the technology in the first edition of Smart Open Lisboa (SOL).
The program made all the city’s data available to the participating companies. This way, they could think about how their solutions could improve life in the city of Lisbon. And make it a smarter city.
Thus, Visor.ai developed a chatbot in the City of Lisbon’s Facebook Messenger. With this communications automation solution, we helped them reduce the workload of their Contact Center. Learn more about our involvement here.
Now, given the success of the Facebook Messenger chatbot, we have expanded the solution to the Lisbon City Council website. One more channel to provide online support to citizens, available 24/7.
